Healing from the ancestors

I've made it a habit to pay respect and connect with my ancestors each Sunday with a small altar on my dresser.

Today I noticed that my heart felt more open after doing this little ritual.

Perhaps it is just the result of feeling gratitude? Perhaps a healing from my helping ancestors?

Either way, I am feeling very appreciative right now. :)
